Jose Xavier is 17 years old, born in Ecuador. He decided to join journalism to be able to share stories with the community and to develop necessary skills like marketing a story. 

“I would like to contribute to my community with creativity and passion,” said Jose Xavier.

Outside of journalism, Jose Xavier likes to spend time with his friends and listen to music with his friends. Outside of school, he likes to play the drums and go to the gym with friends. Also, he likes to listen to music while doing his activities. 

Jose Xavier wants to study Loyola Chicago because he likes the country and the culture.
